08:30-09:00: Registration

09:00: Special Presentation by the U.S. Secret Service on E-skimming

10:15: Elections*

11:00: Anthony Mangieri: When You Only Have Time to Lead, Planning for the Inevitable

  • With every week bringing news of data breaches, shootings, ransomware attacks and natural disasters, this presentation will explore emergency management as a system. We'll address how to use the planning process to effectively manage operations to meet needs in time of crisis, focusing on building dynamic partnerships and integrating ICS into the planning process. Leadership when you only have time to lead!

*This is also Governor election year. We are looking for candidates to fill five (5) slots. We will also be calling for a vote to amend the by-laws changing the number of Governor positions and how that number will be determined going forward. If you are interested in running for Governor, you must:

  • Be a current Philadelphia Chapter member

  • Provide a brief statement, 300 words or less, on why you intend to run and what makes you qualified

  • Speak to the membership on the day of elections

Our Governors procure speakers, assist with events, and help promote the Chapter through various engagements. It is also an excellent position to hold in anticipation of someday running for VP or another executive Board role. If you are interested in appearing on the ballot, please email awilson@philadelphiainfragard.org with your statement for the ballot before COB 08/15.
